I’m excited to share with you some writing demos for a new Karhide album that I’ve been working on. Karhide is my solo project blending post-rock, electronica and ambient sounds. I’ve been experimenting with new ideas and sounds, and I wanted to give you a sneak peek of what’s coming.
In this video, you can hear a demo of a song currently called “Feb 28”. It’s a slow-burning track that builds up from a simple guitar loop to a wall of sound with synths and drums. I used a lot of effects and pedals to create the textures and atmospheres. I hope you like it!
In this video, you can hear another demo of a song called “Feb 17”. It’s a more chilled track and it’s one of my favourite songs so far!
These are just two of the songs that I’m working on for the new album. I have more demos that I’ll share with you soon. The album is still in progress, but I’m aiming to release it later this year. Stay tuned for more updates!
